PV-Spatenstich – und dann Ruhe„Spatenstich für innovatives Energiekonzept“ – unter diesem Titel berichtete die Scharr-Gruppe im Februar vom PV-Spatenstich auf dem Brogen. Viel passiert ist seitdem nicht. Warum?
